You may fill this necessary paperwork out at our office when you arrive, but we would recommend submitting it online beforehand, as this could save you a few extra minutes.
For your first visit, we will usually just do a consultation and examination. The consultation is an opportunity to discuss your pain issues and how chiropractic can offer relief, while the examination primarily consists of a computerized assessment of your nervous system. If necessary, we will also take some x-rays at this appointment.
When it comes time for your second visit, we will usually do a Report of Findings. At this time, we will be able to go over all of the results from your initial examination. From here, we’ll make a recommendation for a course of care as well as a timeline to fit your specific needs and schedule. Lastly, during your second visit, you will receive your first adjustment, unless your specific course of care indicates otherwise.
It is our hope to make these initial appointments as simple as possible to get you on the road to recovery quickly.
