Dr. Jud Heldreth, DC
Dr. Jud Heldreth graduated from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport, IA in 1997 and has been caring for families in Lexington ever since. Dr. Jud and his wife Tracy have three children: Abbey, Dori, and Lane. They live and are a part of the Lexington community.
Originally from Manning, SC, he graduated from Manning High School in 1989. He received a B.S. in biology from Wofford College (where he lettered 4 years in football) in 1993 before entering Chiropractic College. Dr. Jud uses a variety of techniques in caring for practice members to help everyone receive the optimal benefit.
Since the move to Lexington, Dr. Jud has been a member of Lexington Baptist Church; co-founded Kid’s Day of Lexington; a member of the SC Chiropractic Association, Lexington Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club, and Columbia Children’s Theater Board; and coached varsity football at Lexington High School for 8 years.
For his dedication to working with children and families, Dr. Jud has received the 2001 SCCA Young Chiropractor of the Year, 2006 Lexington Small Business Person of the Year, and the Town of Lexington “Key to the City” in 2007.
